Pick a family name and a subdomain like yourname.myglobalfamilytree.com. Set the first administrator account. Done — the portal exists.

Brand the portal (≈10 minutes)
Upload your family crest or logo, pick a colour palette, write a one-line tagline. Toggle features on or off per role. Connect a custom domain if you have one.

Invite your family (≈10 minutes)
Send invitations by email or share a private join link. Approve members. Assign roles — administrators, moderators, historians, event managers, members, youth.

Import your existing data (≈30 minutes)
Got an Ancestry or MyHeritage tree? Upload a GEDCOM file and it imports into the tree. Got a member spreadsheet? CSV import handles that too. Photos and stories come next — at your own pace.

Start preserving
Add stories, upload photos, record voice memos. The portal does the structural work for you — auto-linking siblings, creating memorial pages when you add a death date, generating milestone timelines.
