Terms of Service

The short version

You own your family's content. We host it; you control it.
Don't use the platform for hate speech, harassment, child exploitation, spam, or illegal activity.
One portal per family. Misrepresenting the family administrator is grounds for suspension.
The service is provided as-is during the founding period; SLAs apply only on paid tiers once billing is enabled.
You can export your data and delete your tenant at any time.

Acceptable use

The platform is built for private family communities and adjacent groups (alumni associations, memorial projects, reunion committees, diaspora groups). Commercial selling, public listing services, dating sites, or political campaigning are not permitted uses.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend tenants that violate acceptable-use policy, contain illegal content, or are used to abuse other users. Tenants will be given 30 days to export data before deletion, unless legal compulsion requires faster action.

Liability

The platform is provided as-is without warranty. We work hard on backups and uptime; we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruption.
